I have fallen behind in posting Vasari21 pics of the week, so I’m delighted to note Adria Arch’s “Murmuration,” her first solo show at the Boston Sculptors Gallery (through May 2). “an immersive installation of boldly painted biomorphic shapes suspended from the ceiling,” says the announcement. “The work addresses the formal concerns of painting while also being fully sculptural. Floating at eye level, the individual pieces hang in close proximity, creating snaky passageways, coaxing visitors to crouch down, peek through holes, or reach up on tiptoe to discover new viewpoints.
